Since I'm a huge fan of both

Capn Marvel, I've decided to make my rating scale a
confusing, mangled up compilation of both ratings scales!
Okay, here we go:
*deep breath*
Releases can receive a numeric value between one and fifteen, and also receive a letter
grade for some additional detail. For example, a release that gets awarded a
10, and a
B-
is better than another gets a
10 and
C+. Oh, the numeric value takes precedence, too.
So,
10 (B-) is better than
9 (B-).
Finally, there's no Starostin "classes". Everyone's got the same scale.
